Through the quote or free preview form (home page), the Contact page form, by email or by phone.
Who has access
Only Jérôme Niquet. Numio uses these service providers, which may store information outside Quebec, including in the United States:

Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
A request that does not lead to a contract is deleted 12 months after the last exchange. If you become a client, the contract and invoices are kept for 6 years, as tax laws require. They are then securely destroyed.
Your rights
You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@numioagency.com. Reply within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with Quebec’s Commission d’accès à l’information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Security and incidents
Numio protects information with reasonable measures. Every confidentiality incident is recorded in a register. If it presents a risk of serious harm, the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned are notified.

Any change to this policy is published on this page, with its update date.
